Orders Information
Collection of goods will strictly be during mass-meetups AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
Locations: Major MRT stations (City Hall and Tampines) Note that this is subjected to changes. I will email you collection details when the shipment arrives. Please do check back on our blog for latest updates too.
There will be no postage services provided!
No refunds/exchanges can be made. But trust us, all goods received by you should be in MINT condition directly from Korea, if not it will not be sold to you.
To order, please refer to our ordering form format and send in to us at sgkpopculture@gmail.com. An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon receiving your order forms.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE STRICTLY IN ADVANCE!
Payment procedure:
1) Send in order forms and wait for my ORDER confirmation mail(OCM)
2) Upon receiving my OCM, you can make payment by IBANKING/ATM TRANSFER to POSB Savings 228-12202-5
3) Fill up the PAYMENT confirmation form with the link given and wait for my PAYMENT confirmation email(PCM)
4) Upon receiving PCM, your order is FINALISED and CONFIRMED!
Please note that NO PAYMENT CONFIRMATION MAIL=NO ORDERS FROM YOU
Should there be any unforseen circumstances(eg. shipment of goods is cancelled, something went wrong with supplier side), please be assured that a full refund will be transferred back to your bank account.
No refunds/exchanges can be made for goods that you have already ordered and paid for. So far, we have not seen cases where the goods received by our customers are not in mint condition. So no worries about that.
We work on a trust-partnership basis.

-ordered a SNSD Green Beyond 9 hoodie from me. Contacted him many times as to when he wants to make payment and receive NO REPLIES! And one fine day out of nowhere, he just replied saying that he will buy if nobody wants it after this certain date. Look at how irresponsible this person can be! I have to reserve this item for him till the date he stated and hoping that he will make payment as what he had promised BUT NOPE HE DIDNT! Please at least have the courtesy to sms/email me that you want to cancel your order and not just keep mum about it OR give empty promises that you will make payment after this date. He did not honor the trust i had for him. How can he even gain trust from his customers to make orders from him? Atrocious......

-contacted him so many times as to when he wants to make payment and i actually allowed him to cancel his order as long as he replies and be responsible for this actions. BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!!!

This guy here ordered sky blue beyond 9 hoodie at first, but all were sold out. Hence i went through all sorts of trouble asking him if he wants to cancel his order or change to another colour. I DID GIVE HIM THE OPTION OF CANCELING HIS ORDER but he chose to get Green beyond 9 hoodie at last. Till now, he has not made payment and never reply to my messages at all as to what he wants to do with his order.

Ordered 2PM items from me, promise me that he will collect his items. Replied me after a chain of smses, telling me that he cannot pay up because his mum forbids him from doing so. I even sacrificed my precious and traveled all the way to Bishan area for him, but he said no time to pick up. For those younger buyers, please do ask permission from your parents first before ordering.

Made a recent order of two albums, and asked to collect later cuz she isnt free for mass meetup. after three weeks allowance, she told she got financial difficulty and cannot pay up! Please set aside a sum of money after you have made the order NEXT TIME GUYS!
So guys, please cooperate with me and be assured that your name will not fall under this list. AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW YOU WANT TO LAST MIN CANCEL YOUR ORDER, and i will try to understand your situation on my part (:
But if lets say you want to cancel your order because you have decided to order from other blogshops(due to price changes), my advice for you will be PLEASE DO THOROUGH RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING FROM ME TO SAVE ALL THESE UNNECESSARY TROUBLE :D
